How to Add a Hunt Group
 
1. Open NetSet and login as Administrator
 
2. Click on the Tab To It icon.
 
3. Click on the Hunt Groupsl tab under User Configuration.
 
4. Click on the Add button.
 
5. Enter a Name for the hunt group in the Name field.
 
6. If you would like the system to automatically assign an extension to this hunt group, check "Assign automatically", otherwise check "Use this:" and enter an extension.
 
7. Select the Type of hunt group from the Type drop-down menu (Linear, Circular, or Calling Group)
 
8. Enter a Password for this hunt group.
 
9. Check "Logout if no answer" if you want a user to be automatically logged out of the hunt group if their phone rings but is not answered.
 
10. Assign a Call Coverage for this hunt group. If you want unanswered calls coming into this hunt group to go to the Hunt Group Voice Mail, check "Voice Mail". If you would like these calls to be routed to an Auto Attendant, then click on "Auto Attendant" and enter the appropriate auto attendant from the drop-down menu. If you would like these calls to be routed to a specific phone number or extension, check "Phone Number" and enter the phone number or extension.
 
11. Highlight the Users you want to be a member of this Hunt Group.
 
12. Click Apply.
